Default my b16 hatch wont start

The Problem
I just brought me a b16 vtec swap on 92 hatchback and i drove it for a few days to get the feel of it and checking to see if it need any tuneup. Then I clean the engine bay with degreaser and water it down, wrap the distributure so water wont get in, and that when it didnt want to start. some of the thing i did to the car before this happen is put some bolt to the tranny to engine becuse it was missing, open the valve cover to paint it, and bleed the slave cylinder to see if there air in it.
Try To Start It
When i turn the inigtion and the starter work but it seem having trouble cranking the engine. It move very slowly and mostly the starter just make the fast clicking sound or spining gear sound.

Checking Cross Out
Clutch pedal down when
I put a new starter.
Hook up a bigger battery.
Change the distribure cape.
Pushing the cars.
fuse good

If anybody got any clue please submit it because i been try to figure it out for 3 day now.
