This is on my friends Infiniti G20 it’s not a Honda of course but maybe the solution is universal.... The tach hops around most the time giving erroneous readings, some times it jus reads 0 and rarely but some times work perfectly normal... Any suggestions?

Maybe you should check the cable, it might be loose. I've heard of this problem quite a bit before but i seem to have forgotten the solution :dunno:
