Ok. I first got a new TPS sensor from Ebay and replaced it. My car idled fine but yet the CEL was still lit. I replaced my VSS and the CEL is still lit. I found out what code it's throwing out a Code 7. It's still saying my TPS is bad. I replaced it twice with one's I bought off of Ebay. What should I do now? Is there a special way of installing the TPS? If so, please teach me. Is there any chance that my ECU is bad?

Regarding the loss of power at high rpm WOT: When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced?

Just throwing it out there since it's cheap and easy to get outta the way.

Problem Solved! I just fixed my problem. The ECU was restricting my car because of the CEL. It was restricting it by not letting me run it in high RPM's. The CEL light was set off by the bad VSS and TPS. I replaced the VSS and TPS but the CEL was still throwing off a TPS code. I Finally reinstalled the TPS and the light went off instantly. I just ran my car in very high RPM's and no cut off or loss of power. Thanks everyone for your suggestions and tips. All I need to do now is take to the referee station. First time I failed HC and NoX. I replaced the CAT with a Car Sound CAT. Any other suggestions to help my car pass emissions test?
