More trouble..bogging

I got the fluctuating idle to settle down that i was having on my b18b1 95 civic swap but now every time i give it gas it can only make it to about 2000-3000rpm then it will just bog down and almost die. any ideas or possiblities why? Thanks

Are you sure the engine is getting the right amont of gas, maybe your feul pump isn't working well. Just a idea
