cat or test pipe?
I just bought a 4-1 header for my 95 Integra and while I am waiting for the UPS man to bring it to me I know I need to do something about the stock cat by replacing it with a high flow or a test pipe. Florida doesn't have emissions so it is legal for me to do it, :fawk: but what I am wondering is what kind of sound difference is the test pipe going to create over a high flow cat. I’m sure the gains wont be much more but every bit counts.
Thanks in advance

:tfg: (harsh fine) Well sorry officer, I didnt know that...But I still dont know the last time a cop was under my car...What I was really asking about was the noise issue, my exhaust is so damn loud right now I think i'm gunna shoot myself if I drive for over an hour. :dunno:
It'll be way louder, and if you use a test pipe the gains will actually be pretty big. Think about it, larger diameter tubing plus there won't be 2 large posts blocking the flow, you'd notice quite a sizable difference. But i still don't condone it, I would go with the high flow cat. It won't be as loud, you'll still gain a little bit (but not much) and it'll be legal
