Default When should I clean the filter on my CAI?

I've had my AEM CAI for over a year now, and was wondering when was a good time to clean the filter on it. I know it sometimes depends on where you live, like dusty or gravel roads, but I live in Southern Louisiana, and stick to the paved roads, lol, yeah we do have a few of those but when should I really consider cleaning it?

I'd clean it when it looks dirty.

Punch your friend in the nose, then buy some K&N filter cleaner and filter oil (they come together labeled as a recharge kit), and follow directions.

Compressed air or high pressure water will only damage the element. Not to mention the fact that you're blowing dirt INTO the filter, not out.
