There is no exact number you should look for on your wideband. Your AFR's should vary depending on RPM, boost, and ignition parameters.

i have a tuned ecu it has a chip in it i think i'm burning water because i'v notice my radiator is always missing a little water i fill it let it go for a couple of days and i have to put about a coke can in of water i looked for leak i didn't see any i don't know what else and i was told by phearable.net john vega to keep it in 11 or something like that he said anything higher i'm to lean and anything lower i'm to rich and losing power

You're running boost on an EPROM? Jesus christ, get hondata or Crome or something. What's your fuel setup?
If the electrode of the plug is white, you are definitely running lean. If the threads are black, that's oil on them.
