Get the proper rods and everything will fit perfectly.

i want to do jdm p73's in my ls-vtec b18b block and crank, i was hoping b18c1 rods would fit onto my crank so i would not need to machine the top of the rod to get it to fit in between the wrist pin area of the p73...

If you're running an LS crank, you must run LS length rods. As you know, the LS has a longer stroke than the GSR, but the same deck height. If you run GSR rods on an LS crank, kaboom...piston hits the head.

you cannot use forged rods with stock cast pistons unless you modify the rods to accept a press fit pin or modify the piston to accept c-clips.

just have the stock rods modified. it's only 1mm off each side of the small end.
