95 V6 Accord valve knock

Suddenly I am getting a little valve knock that does not go away once the engine is warm, however it does stop once the engine is run at over 1500 RPM. Are the valves adjustible? I use Mobil 1 5W30 and the engine does not burn/use oil.

Yes, valve lash should be adjusted every 30k or so.
