Default 92 civic swap

I got a 92 civic dx with a blown engine and a good condition stock tranny. If i went and got the b20b longblock would that bolt up or am i way off? thanks

hi i dont know much about swapin out engines but i am looking to get a good motor swap for my 92 civic sedan. I would like it to mount up to the stock tranny. If not it wouldnt hurt to hear some other ideas. I am looking to build later on down the road to thanks guys

b series and d series dont mix.
the best (debateable sp?) motor that will bolt up is a d16y8

go to a junk yard and get a used motor. if you want a b20 in your car, your looking for a bunch of mods. you need new axles, ecu, tranny, wiring harness and shift linkage.
