yes..it can...theres a kid i know thats got an H22a with Golden eagle sleeved block thats good up to 60 psi...its going in his 96 4 door civic, its a fully built motor though, head work, cams, springs etc....and hes gonna run a t3/t4 hybrid turbo
would it be possible to fit a t60 or some kind of huge turbo that can boost up to 60psi in a civic engine bay if it already has the h22 in it? i mean i've seen a h23 powered civic and it seems like you cant even fit your pinky finger between the engine and the firewalls/wheelwhells, etc.
It would take some custom work guaranteed.

If you have money and time, an h22 swap is fine. It's fast, once it has traction. Rolling starts it will take over, but unless you're a master of the launch, wheel hop will kill you. It doesn't like to turn very well either.
But like I said, it is fast as hell in a straightline.

I was looking at v4lu3s h22a hatch, and we both agreed it looks like there is plenty of room in there for a T66 and piping.
on the subject of psi, there is a thread over on Hondavision you guys need to read.
