So, are you saying a b16 is a bad idea?? If h22 is not straight bolt in is that not good or is it just not easy?? There doesn't seem to be much aftermarket for the b18. how do I search for aftermarket for a 99 Ex swapped b18??
b16's have no torque to move your heavy ex. maybe if you had a crx or eg hatch it would be a good idea. but you dont. h22's just arent easy to swap in. b18c1's fall right in between. plenty of power and torque and easy to swap.
b series have the biggest aftermarket. many parts can be interchanged between series engines.
