Blow by is combustion chamber pressure that has leaked past the piston rings into the crank case.

Typically, blow by is seen on turbocharged motors with poor tunes or spiking issues that have cracked ringlands causing low compression. It could happen on a stock engine with worn rings, though. Run a compression and leakdown test to make sure the rings are still holding decent compression.

Yes, there was always be blowby...even in a freshly rebuilt motor because the ring gap will still allow some combustion chamber gases into the combustion chamber.

ah yes... blow by, the most hated thing for boosted hondas. How much smoke is coming out of your valve cover? If it's at idle and your getting puffs of smoke then you sir have craked ringlands. under throttle you should see some smoke which is normal.

Like Mr Schmoo said, Compression test will be your answer. Good luck.

Sorry to sound dumb, When u say ringlands what does this mean? do u mean piston rings or sleeves?

Ringlands are the area of the piston between the rings. Those will crack with a poor tune. If the ringlands are cracked, new pistons are required.
