I have a 92 civic with a 99 gsr motor but when i go full trottle when im going it wont let me go over 4,000- 5,000 rpm with out cutting out and it wont let me go over 80 mph with out cutting out. and when i drive it normal it will let me go over 80mph.i had a 98 gsr motor before and im using the same ecu.any one have ideas
