Hey,

New to swapping but I have a sick 93 gs right now but I need the vtec kick.

What is a swap that will drop right in as far as I figured out it would be the b16a or b16a1.

I know a b18c would but those are a little spendy.

Looking to spend 2k or under but I want to make sure which one to buy before I buy it so I don't get the wrong one for returning purposes.

I'm looking for something that will be easy and drop right in.

why not look into an lsvtec? rebuild the block with shotpeened rods, p30 pistons, arp rod bolts, new main and rod bearings, and balance the rotating assembly. then put a vtec head of your choice on that.

 

well I didn't know exactly what went into it but is that everything in detail?

however, my current engine has 125k so I was looking to get something with 30-50k since i'll be driving it for a while.

i got a motor that has 190k on it and its boosted dont worry about hurtin it to bad at 125k. they have tons of life in em still.

if you rebuild the engine, you dont have to worry about the mileage
