Default RC injectors!!! what are they????

OK so i got some rcs injectors from a car my uncle bought and parted out there, SL9-440. The problem is, he bougth a group of cars, from an auction at an amazing price. Well he strip there usefull parts down and i got them. Just wondering, does anyone know if there all made for 92-95 hondas, acura, and they just require connectors for years newer then that??? is there a place you can call in to and read the serial number on the injector to find out if there obd1,obd2 or what ever?

RC might have that information on their site. Just by the number, I am guessing they are high impedence 440cc injectors and they will require an OBD1 harness.

I think you are correct schmoo. You know everything my friend....lol.

thanks. by the way do you think these high impedence one would work for my friends set up? same as mine, b16 turbo in a ef. obd0 car with obd0 engine, running a p28 ecu??? obviously he would need the obd1 injector clips and thats it right?

If the car is using a resistor box, you need to remove it and splice in the OBD1 clips in order to run those injectors.

AND ANSWER IS: If there is a resistor box in the car, your stock
resistance is Peak and Hold-Low resistance. If you do not have a
resistor box, you should run Saturated type. The part number, SL9-440,
is an Saturated injectors that flows 440cc/min. The size 440cc/min is
available in Saturated type only. If you have the resistor box in your
car still, you can still run Saturated type injectors with no problem,
but not reversed. If in the future you are planning on running an
aftermarket computer, you may need the same Peak and Hold
resistance though.
