Yes!!! use any GSR Head From 94-01 but it's a lot more work than just putting the vtec head onto an LS block!!! option #1. look for a golden eagle LS/Vtec conversion kit and go to acura and buy GSR crank bearings and rod bearings, a gsr water pump, gsr timing belt, gsr oil pump, Gsr Engine wiring harness and ECU from a 94-95 Gsr, Gsr motor mounts etc. etc. etc. (more expensive and a complete waste of time and money)

Option #2 Buy a whole Gsr Motor take the LS crank and LS rods and pistons, buy new crank bearings and rod bearings, 94-95 gsr Ecu and wiring harness, Motor mounts. (cheaper and will give you the same results as an LS/vtec)

lol wtf u talking about? b18a and b18b are the same... no difference in difficulty...you can chip any honda ecu for any type of engine...and you can/should use a b16 head cuz its better and cheaper, just use gsr cams
