Hi all, Yep, you guessed it. Lost my EF to a racoon and a wall and a tree or two. HaHa. That was a year ago. But I kept building my LS/Vtec. I have diminished mental and emotional controls.
I already had everything I needed to put this monster into a 91 civic hatch. I have 2 front upper control arms and lower ball joints from a 1990 Integra LS. I have b18 into EF manual tranny motor mounts. I have Integra rear disc brake assemblies including the rear control arms. I have the rear engine motor mount bracket. I have the underneath Integra engine brace from a
B18a1. Last but not least I have CV axles and half shaft for a manual B18 tranny into a 88-91 Civic hatch.
Now the engine is complete but the EF is gone. I spent all my money on the engine. I have a friend who will contribute a 93 Civic hatch (EG) for the transplant. So I need to know if anything I currently have will work in the EG body?
I am really concerned with the motor mounts, axles and half shaft, and rear engine brace. I kinda think I am on the outs with the ball joints and upper arms.

 

Just find another EF, otherwise you're going to have to get a bunch more shit.

 

I agree, I wish I could get another EF.
But that option has been closed. My partner has a line on an EG that he is set on using.
So I have to look forward and start prepping for the LS/Vtec EG install.
Which shafts do I have to get for the manual transmission? What rear engine motor mount brace? And what motor mounts are used with this LS block/ manual S1 tranny?
