Hi,
I have a 94 Interga Auto When I start the motor stays at 1500-1800 rpm's and surges,it does this while driving down to road what could this be???

Check the tension on the throttle cable first. Then check the idle air control valve (IACV). Clean or replace as needed. If that doesn't fix the problem, check your lines for possible vacuum leaks.
