well not really, i biult a few, not to take nothing from u, the camshaft design and high lift head flow numbers r ment to turn high rpm, only the cyl head on a honda is really ment to rev, but when u been biuldin engines for a long time there pretty much alike, but yes the cyl head of these hondas scream for rpm

The blocks are built for high rpm as well. The B16 has an almost perfect r/s ratio for high revving. The GSR and ITR blocks have crankshaft girdles for high revving. The parts are lightweight for high revving. With small displacement motors, the only way to make any kind of power is by revving them...that's why they're built the way they are.

I find very little similarities between a VTEC honda motor and a big block.

more likely high performance motors need to scream some rpm, im more of a torque freak, i love torque need it to get down the track quicker, and response of a motor, balance, and reliable power production, hondas r biult for high rpm, but im not biuldin a honda motor, i wanna biuld a straight drag 4-cyl, with displacement in mind, dont matter what other ppl do or have done, i wanna do something new, something i wanna try, oh and i seen this video of a guy with a custom block 4-cyl funny car it was a integra type-r, now that mudda fucker was big

Yeah, that entire motor was machined from a chunk of billet aluminum. You can do anything with money.

i can really say this, i dont really care what a honda motor was design for, im worried about what im tryin to do with it, far as if i wanna drag, auto cross, or rally racing, the engine needs to be blue printed for it, engine biulding is infinite, because its never perfect, u can allways find more, i believe thses hondas can gain more than 80-100hp allmotor, ie. k20-k24 hybrid, 220hp hybrid swap, making about 315whp, not really im pressive, but the times these motors run r impressive (skunk2 9.63@141mph) now thats crazy with just a lil over 300hp and 200lbs/ft or torque, instead of using individual throttle bodies i'd rather use side draft carbs to make more power

Side draft carbs on a K motor?

Good luck with that too.

more likely on a h23, any non-vtec motor, i seen 2 cars with that set up and they hauled ass, this GUDE team on a d16 with twin weber side carbs, and bizi i cant spell his last name, and he has a f22 accord motor that claims to push over 365whp allmotor and runs 9.9's@138mph 1/4 mile times, which is pretty impressive, but im a torque freak so im lookin for cubic inches - displacement - grunt or h/e u wanna put it
