Keep looking. They are pretty hard to find, but if you NEED them, the dealership is the way to go.

Would this ultimately lead to a tapping rod bearing, or broken rod?
Or would this in combonation with inaccurate ignition timing cause a sound like a rod?
I have a gsr which started clicking like that following a bottle of Lucas Oil Treatment. I removed the valve cover, and pushed on the LMA's right when i first heard the noise. Thinking about it, one of them was a bit rough. I accidentally removed the distributor bolts and screwed the timing at the same time. I've sense taken the car to a Honda dealership which told me "its going to be internal engine damage, a Rod or Rod Bearing". I think there trying to screw me, or jacking parts or something.

The worst that could happen with a faulty LMA is that it freezes up, causing damage to the rocker arms and camshafts.
