Default tuning options for obd-2

Do i have any options on tuning or do i have to switch to an obd-1 i am planning to turbo so i will need fuel management but will go with a fmu (bandaid) if i have too. programs like chrome i think said i need to do an obd-1 conversion and i don't wanna pay the big bucks for hondata because i heard it is hard to tune. thanks

Your options for OBD2 are Emanage, FMU/Missing link, or VAFC hack, all which suck. If you want the motor to last, you need to think about a chipped OBD1 ECU running Uberdata, Crome, or Hondata. They all do the same thing and should be tuned by someone who knows what they are doing. Tuning is not something anyone can pick up and do.

You can use any chippable OBD1 5 speed ECU.
