im looking into buying some bosche platinum 4 spark plugs for my 92 lude.. what improvements will this give me and will i need to get new plug wires for best results? if so, any suggestions on what kind?

 

None. They will probably cause you to lose power because having 4 points for the spark to bridge will just weaken the spark. Stick with OEM ones.

 

Get some NGK V-Power copper plugs. They are the same as OEM and are cheaper to buy from autozone then from the dealership.

No need to get platinum, copper is good. Check the wires and if they are in good condition then theirs no need to replace them.
