You won't see much if any gains out of it, but it would be a nice upgrade since it is reuseable and carries a lifetime warranty.

Are you refering about a drop in filter or a filter for your intake?

Like Das said you wont get any hp or torque gains but you will get a better air flowing filter from regular filters plus you can use them with a longer interval. And they are lifetime aslong as you wash and reoil.

If you are thinking about putting an sri then dont buy the drop in filter. why spend $50 on a filter when you cant use it when you spend $200 on an intake.

Either save up and buy the intake or buy the replacement filter and not replace the intake.

Ebay pipe plus K&N filter would be the best option in terms of intake.

not sure what i think about K&N cone filters. I swapped my head gasket last week. I've got a K&N cone filter and when i looked in the intake it was DIRTY. if you do put a cone filter on, make sure to clean it often and use a prefilter
