Default How can I keep Integra GSR reliable?

I have a cold air intake, cat-back exhaust, (suspenion parts I am installing next week) coilovers, thicker rear sway bar, and camber alignment kit.

What can I do to improve all around preformance. And keep it reliable fairly good gas mileage and make able to easily withstand operator error, and racing conditions? I use my owner's manuel schedule to maintaine the car.

I am considering installing:
*AEM, HKS, or Toda cams and cam gears.
*Toda header.
*Comptech cat. converter but I am not sure if that will make a differance.
*Skunk2, or Venom intake mainfold
*16" or 17" wheels with a little wider tire. Volk, ROTA, or Velox
*spacers
*costum valve cover
*DC sports, or Skunk2 Short shifter.
*ACT or Spoon racing clutch and flywheel.

Just make sure you keep up on scheduled maintence. As long as everything is replaced when it needs to be, the car will last for 200k miles+ without any hassles.
