You are going to need a chip kit and a chip burner. Those can both be bought from moates. The documentation you linked me to was for installing a datalogging device. You will want one of those, but they won't allow you to modify any information on the chip.

If you want real time programming like Hondata has, you need to look into the Ostrich, which is also sold on moates.

Yes. That is all you need, if tuning an N/A setup. If you have a boosted setup, you need to get the boost option as well.

Have you looked into the Hondata S300? It comes with everything you need right out of the box and you can even download the ROM editor to see how the program works.

Yeah the Hondata S300 is a good setup to go with. I just got a Sony Picturebook VAIO to run it on. The S300 is going to be my next purchase.http://hondata.com/s300.html check it out

You can street tune it with a wideband if you feel comfortable with that. I recommend just getting it tuned by a professional tuner to eliminate any chance of you blowing the motor up.
