b16 surges vacuum ? plz help!!!
Check all the lines running to and from the intake manifold for cracks, cuts, or bad connections. Check the nuts/bolts on the manifold to make sure they're torqued properly. Check if there's any damage to the intake manifold gasket.
These are the places to start. Good luck.

where does the map go? it's not in the intake manifold... it has a hose on it, does that go to the top of the tb. ???? what about hoses from the canister does that get a tee with the map? thank you please help really pain in the a$$
Schmoo to the rescue.
The lines should essentially be the same, but depending on the year and origin of the engine (JDM, US, etc.) they may be in a slightly different location.
Take some pics of your bay and maybe we can help you get things sorted out.
