unless it was replaced, no, it's not possible. A large number of SOHC VTEC engines are not marked as such.

The B18C3 is actually a euro market ITR engine. JDM engines end in a letter (B18C,) not a number (B18C3.)

ZC isn't VTEC
You forgot the A-series that 3rd gen accords and 2nd gen preludes carried.
I know my Honda Odyssey has a F22B6 and that isn't listed.

Some of the late model ZC engines where SOHC VTEC. There where three basic forms: "browntop" DOHC ZC, "blacktop" DOHC ZC, SOHC ZC, and SOHC VTEC ZC.
