do the b18b and b18c have the same censors inside of the distributor, my distributor has a bad TDC censor and i need to get it either fixed or replaced.

i have a b18c gsr

does anyone know if you can get the censor out of the b18b to fix my distributor or if there is anywhere were replacement cencers are available?

you can use the b18b distributor internal except the rod. When my gsr distributor fried i used the ls distributor and its running fine.

 

so the b18b distributor worked fine for your b18c1??? did you have to swap out the rod in the dist?

 

You just have to chop off one of the distributor's legs to fit around the VTEC silenoid. This is common practice on LS/VTEC hybrids.
