5th gen brake swap questions!!!!!

I have a 92 civic 4 door. What car can i use for a rear disc swap n what will i all need? I just got some KYB's n eibach pro kit for it will i be able to retain the rears or will i have to get one's made for the other model????

I know if you use an Integra rear suspension for the brake swap you'll be able to use the stuff that you have.
