NEED HELP! CL wont start

I have a 97 Cl and it wont start. So far I have replaced the plugs, dist. cap, rotor and coil. No spark at all to the plugs or coil. Does this sound like the distributor is bad or do I need to change the relay?

Anyone out there that can help?
