ls crank in gsr block
i have a gsr block that has a bad crank.....i also have a ls block that i want to take the crankshaft out of and put into the gsr block.....will everything for a gsr fit on the ls crank?
if it will, which bearings should i use?
the block will be a gsr and the crank will be ls.....rods and piston will be itr....what bearings do i have to use? thanks.......

I would recomend either acl bearings or stock honda bearings.
If I'm thinking correctly you will need to use ls rods, or ls length rods since the b18c1/5 rods are longer due to the shorter throw of the b18c1/5 crank.
If you use b18c5 rods with the ls crank your will end up with a piston kissing your valves and head.
You can use the b18c5 rods, but you'll need pistons that have the wrist pin moved up to shorten the throw, or you can use the b16b pistons but you'll need to find shorter (then the b18c5) rods to hang them on.
Don't forget to bend the oil squirters because the b18b crank will hit them.
