PROBLEM FIX!!!! Alright here is how i fix it... My VSS was broken so today I replace it and it also took care of the idle problem.. I didn't think the VSS would cause the car to idle funny... Werd, but oh well got it fix.. thanks guys.

lolz.. sorry about that I meant to say VSS (vehicle speed sensor)
