I'm thinking to put stage 1 Crower cams in my engine. I have JDM B16A head with B20B block (OBD-0 ECU) and basic i/h/e, all internals are stock. I don't want to put stage 2 cause I have to change the spring. For my engine,how many HP increase approx. I can gain with this stage 1 cams? What you guys think about Crower cams (old one),cause I heard they break easily,is that true? Thanks.
