Default Should i keep my type r cams in?need some head set up help?

I just got a type r head from the parts trader.com 450 came w type r intake manifold(need to sell),fuil rail, and jun internals (not cams) i was wondering if i should swap them out for skunk 2 or jun cams? i have a skunk 2 manifold and getting a throttle bodyskunk2 for it with in the next few days. im looking for toda headers to go along w this set up? what do you guys think?
Also debating either to put head in my 2000 civic si or get a b20block and get a crx or hatch?

This thread is ALL over the place. Your type R cams are already pretty decent. I would just leave them in and save the $500. What are the JUN internals? Retainers and springs? Someone dishing out bick bucks for JUN retainers and springs for type r cams is a little odd in my book. I'm not to familliar with putting a type r head on a B16. I thought b16's have awesome breathing heads from the factory. As for spending more money on the b20 block and a crx is all up to you.

Which type rhead did you get?? Doesnt make sense.....Is it a k20 type r, a b16b type r? or a b18 type r? Jun internals (retainers and springs) really arnt worth the money for type r cams. The only advantage to a B18 or B16b type r head is the double valve springs and more aggressive cam profile, they are also ment to be hand finished (ported) but when you put the two heads next to each other ther really is no differance. As for which car to put you motor in, it is up to you, the crx is lighter, then a hatch (eg) and your 2000 si is the heaviest. Just think power to weight.
BTW, the b16b and the b18 type r intake manifolds are both the same as the skunk 2, as for the headers the JUN and the TODA are good, but it all depends on much you want to spend.... do you want a 4-1 or 4-2-1?
