If you can hear the fuel pump whine when you turn the key, your main relay is fine.

one think i know is i tried to start it using starting fluid and still nothing so i am definatly going towards spark!! i know the disties are notorious for going out on thhe d15 so i am wondering if i should swap out the distie
i cannot hear the fuel pump though, but i dont know if thats normal in the del sol
definately check to see if its sparking. u have 2 choices on doing so...
A: pull out your plugs and reinserting them into your spark plug wires, then attempt to start the car and have a friend watch for a spark.
or
b: hook up a timing light and see if it flashes when u crank the motor.

i went to the shop , they charged me 30 bucks to look at it and i dont even think they did that well i was under the dash with t he key on and just for freakin thrills i was like moving around wires, all of a sudden the fuel pump kicked on, i am guessing when they removed the old alarm and rewired the system they have a few loose wires there, i will spend like 4 hours soldering every dam wire there
but i still have a problem car runs a little rought on low rpm, i am thinking this is becuse it is a d15 engine with the d16 vtec ecu any info would be helpful
