Default B16A swap in 95 civic...no start

I just swapped a B16A in a 95 civic coupe and i havent been able to start it. Basically what happens is i turn the key to the ON position and i here clicking from the starter solinoid. After a good few tries i don't even hear that...Here is what i have come to conclude...

CAN'T be the grounds...all connections are clean and good
CAN'T be fuses or relays...all are good
CAN'T be battery...Fully charged, fairly new ( tested )
CAN'T be a bad engine...can turn the crank pully just fine
CAN'T be the starter itself because it cranked over two other engines just fine. Solinoid engages when running current through it via relay terminal and battery when its out of the car

Basically everything is connected and in great condition and no fuses or relays are blown or out of place

Now remember its not even trying to cranking over...so gas level and my alternator condision don't matter that much.

What im thinking now is my starter relay switch is missadjusted. When i had my old engine my clutch pedel had only about 50% travel until it was depressed all the way. With the B16 i have 100% travel until its depressed. Now im not sure about this because i was still able to affect the starter. So logistically thinking...it can rather WORK or NOT WORK so i would rather get a reasponse from my starter...or not at all....right? i hope its otherwise....

Is the starter tightend down all the way? Sounds like maybe the gears are binding (starter and flywheel)

Keep in mind if i wasnt getting feul to the engine it would still be cranking...same thing with my engine being timed. I getting a no reacting start...when i turn the key to the start position...i get nothing...not even a crank.

Dont worry though i got it to start...

My ground going from the tranny to the frame wasn't tight enough =/ and as in tight i mean like 100% face flat tight lol

thanx

I got my engine from nagnojapanese.com btw and for the record...tell NOBODY to buy engines from this place. Not only do they sell crappy engines, they send you half of whats stated in the description and half of all of that stuff is of the wrong type...and half of the stuff that is damaged.

Im sure you guys know where to buy your engines...but DO NOT buy them from here..Nagano Japanese = con artists
