was thinking of doing this exactly but foud the b20 walls are thin...cant handle boost...ls/vtec boosted is the way to go...

It has more to do with the cylinder design and not the thickness of the sleeves.

no THE SLEEVES ARE TO FUCKING THIN!!! someday im gonna find several abre blox including a b20 block, take pics and measure all of them to prove the b20's r thin

Your right, it has everything to do with the thickness of the sleeves and nothing to do with the design.
Almost every single cracked b20 sleeve has been in the same spot, it's pure luck that they crack in the same exact spot, and has nothing to do with the design.

When things cant flex, they tend to crack.

your sarcasm isnt humorous and your still a retard and wrong. either way, the b20 is a shit motor and the only way to make the sleeves stronger is to get it resleeved. to hell with b20s
