Default starting problem

me and my friend did and LS swap into a 90 civic, and its doesn't start up at all, most of connections where made, but certain sensors on the harness for the manifold are missing, along with the fact that and ECu code is showing that there is and electrical load problem, now can that be that there is not enough current flowing to kick up the starter(the starter is from a auto. LS)?Or is it those sensors that i am missing, for example i have no sensor on the harness for the throttle position sensor on the throttle body

Get or fabricate an intact wiring harness. It should be mind bogglingly obvious that a car will not start with half its sensors missing, and the TPS is at the top of the list of sensors you need.
