Default Damaged resonator? Need help...

The exhaust on my 2000 Integra has been making this ANNOYING rattling noise. I was told that my resonator is damaged/loose/broken (not sure). Is it possible to or worth replacing the resonator or more worthwhile to get a new exhaust system all together? Any suggestions would be appreciated. The exhaust is a Thermal R&D stealth exahust I bought back in 2001...not so "stealth" anymore! Thanks.
