Well, it's unfortunate that I have to make this post, but sometimes there are things that just aren't controllable.
In June of last year, we sold our house in West Palm that we had been living in for 15 months for a bigger, nicer place in Wellington, FL. Unfortunately, when you sell a piece of property BEFORE you've occupied it for 2 years, you pay Capital Gains. Due to the IRS bill I just won't have the funds to travel or finish the motor work for the 2006 season.
I will still be working on the car. Finishing up EVERYTHING but the motor and transmission. I'll be taking care of them hopefully by the end of the year, we'll see.
With that being said, I won't be doing the reader contributions/sponsoring of the car until early next year.
I'm sorry about this, I know a lot of people have been following this build, but I've got other priorities to deal with as well.
I'm not down yet...just a long 10 count.

Sucks to hear about the IRS and the delay on the project. But hey, just look at the bright side.....you'll have more time to fine tune everything and make it even more perfect. I've been following your progress since day one, and I can't wait to hear how she runs.

Still needs a lot of work and now my radiator won't work. It's all good though.

You're swapping a K20a2 for a B18?
