Thanks, man.

I wouldn't put larger injectors into your stock motor. You will run pig rich and the whole car will be boggy. Only put the larger injectors in when you have something to control them with, like Hondata or the EMS, like we have been talking about.

There is no reason to change out the injectors pre-turbo unless your stock ones are sticking or clogged past the point of cleaning. I had 130k miles on my stock ones when I changed them out, so I think yours are just fine.

truely i should exceed my original goals shortly after i get a ems and the turbo kit, my original goal was 350whp and i believe it to be more than possible...cuz i still intend to redo the internals and ignition system, plus more...

i think i've pretty much decided to start with the turbo kit, AEM ems, and 450cc injectors...cuz my friend has almost the identical set up i want and his car is freaking insane!

The stock ignition system should be fine for your power goals. When it has misfires under boost, close down the spark plug gap a bit. If that doesn't help, then you can upgrade the ignition system.

It sounds like you are heading in the right direction. As long as you don't skimp on engine management and fuel system upgrades, you will have a very solid and reliable setup.

Your going to need larger then 450cc injectors for that kind of power, and if you venture to much past 400whp you really should have the aftermarket ignition. I've heard of people running upwards of 500whp on stock ignitions but why deal with misfires/problems. I'm not sure if a high flow pump was on your list, but you should invest in one of those (not the inline pump that comes with the kit).

The MOST I could push out of my 550's was ~390 whp (100% duty cycle at 7k RPMs). Go with at least 650's if you want to push 350whp +.

Shmoo... what's your point? hfawk:

Very true. I was scared of blowing something on the stock block at 289whp on 12psi. I highly recommend sleeving with the goals you have.
