What other mods to you have?

What is your power goal?

What is your budget?

i allready have k&n and a full de-cat exhaust. and hoping to buy a exhaust manafold at the end of the month, looking to spend between £300 and £400.

I want to get it up to 250bhp. And don't mind spending if its worth it.

Thanx.

Do you want to keep it naturally aspirated or turbo? Turbo is the cheapest and easiest way to reach that goal.

Intake, exhaust and header would be a good start. Cams and a vafc would be a good idea next. That should get you pretty close to where you want to be depending on how aggressive the cams are and how they are tuned. A valvetrain upgrade with stiffer springs will be a good idea depending on the cam choice. You could also upgrade your intake manifold.

Keep in mind that I am a turbo guy, so I don't really know much beside basic bolt ons for a N/A setup.

I have a turbo GSR. If you click on the link in my signature, it will show you pics and list my mods.

Skunk2 stage 2 cams should be a nice setup along with some stiffer springs to handle the higher lift they provide. Idle may be a little lopey, not not too bad. Change the rev limit to whenever power gains drop. If you make power up to 9k but not any more, keep the rev limit at 9k. You will have to get a VAFC to tune them on a dyno, so don't forget that.

I don't know much about the H22, so I couldn't recommend a good header. I am sure a search through this forum will yield a good idea.
