Anyone here using crower stage 1 cams for B16a? How is it? And how can you tell the difference between the old one and the 2005 model (the 2005 supposedly 20% stronger)? And how compare to other stage 1 brand cams (toda A, skunk2 stage 1,etc). Thanks.

 

why not get stage 2 cams whilst ur doing it u mite aswell get the best power increase poss? ive been told stage 2 wont alter the idle becoz its vtec. i suppose it depents on the cam profile before vtec.

 

But,can I use stock valve spring and retainer for stage 2? Thanks.
