Hey guys,
I am in San Diego, Ca and are looking for some help regarding an engine swap (B16A2 or B18C5) into my 1999 Civic Ex.

1. A good place to get an engine is San Diego or So Cal

2. A good install place in San Diego that will help me keep the car SMOG legal.

3. Anyone or anything else you guys think I should know or be aware of.
