Yeah, it'll work.
If you motor is stock or very close to stock you don't need it aside from the fact that those motors probably have a high VTEC engagement point for emissions and gas mileage, you could use it to kick it down a 1000 rpms or so. :dunno: Not really worth it IMO unless you have some real mods into the motor.
