Default best civic performance chips...

What is a good performance chip for a 2000 vtec civic??? what else would be good besides a chip(VTEC controller??) and where can i find it!( I have headers,exhaust,intake, and underdrive pulleys

None, your stock ECU or maybe a VAFC.

For one your stock ecu is more then enough for the minimal amount of mods you have done, secondly when you do decide to change your tuning stay away from static chips, get something adjustable such as the v-afc to begin with. If you have the mods to support the changes then I would even recomend hondata. It may cost a bit more but the rewards are well worth it.
