Default b16 head/b18c1 block

Hi, Im thinkin bout buy a fully built b16 head and Im wandering what modifications I need to make for it to bolt up and was hopin I could get some help.

Do I need to buy a new distributor, TB, intake manifold, any new sensors etc or will my gsr head items all bolt right up? Also have an AEM v2 intake that I had to modify to get it to fit. My header should hopefully still fit but theyre DC sport 4-1 headers for a gsr.

Any input would be helpful.

Thanks

everything will transfer to the b16a head except the intake manifold. as mentioned before this is known as the poor mans ITR because the head on the type R b18c is a pr3 casting which is the same as the b16a heads.
