Default How much boost can a stock internal D16Y8 block handle?

NE one have ne ideas on the PSI limits on the internals of the D16Y8 (00 Civic EX)? I'd like to use this info to know if I shall Darton sleeve it, get pistons, rods or not. If i push this 60K block to the the near limits and under 300WHP, I'll just make that block bullet proof and go more ballistic with the boost than the Los Angeles Police Department does on unarmed suspects. My ideal boost would be 14 to 20PSI.

Stock internals are good for about 220-230whp. the stock sleeves are good up to about 350whp above that you should sleeve it.

Thanks that info will save me money from buying sleeves as my goal is 300WHP.
