best mod for torque?

what turbo are you running +how much did it cost for your setup. is there anyway i can change the wheel to a bigger one and have it spool up slower so i can get all my top end power with this turbo?

I'm running a garrett t3t40E .57 trim .63 a/r. I have about $3,000 into my set-up but that includes tuning.
I made 199whp @10psi with that t3 listed prior, I swapped to my current t3t4 and dyno'd at 226whp without changing anything else. Then I switched to hondata and made 248whp @9psi....I'm sure I could have gotten more out of that with a little better tuning.
